Holiday evictions show gaps in mortgage loan aid By Anna Bahney, USA TODAY
This article is the first that I've seen that talks about the debacle of needing a loan modification but not being in a situation to get one. There are certain parameters that you need to fit into to be in the cookie cutter. So you can't really get a loan modification when you know you'll need one in a few months. Your going to have to go into the hole in order to ask for one and then maybe you'll get one according to the latest parameters of the cookie cutter.
Sound confusing? It is confusing? If you need help with navigating through the storm of a loan modification get someone on your side of the table as quickly as possible. Call ![]()

This is a great addendum to one of the last stories posted about an associate that has been making payments into a house that was going into foreclosure and he didn't realize it. His house goes on the auction block on December 15th 9 days before Christmas. Happy Holidays!
