Is Countrywide NOW Sabotaging their OWN Clients?

I learned something today that BLEW me away!! I discovered that a representative redirected a SHORT SALE file after a call that we had didnt go so well.

Within 1 hour the file was redirected from the SHORT SALE department to LOAN MODIFICATION Dept. Some of you may know that one action just added 73 days to the APPROVAL PROCESS.

So, are reps at our Nations Leading Lender, sabotaging clients loan files?  We'll see...in court.

Hi, thanks for telling me about your blog. I used to work for Countrywide. From what I remember, one could lose a deal with setbacks like that. It doesn't benefit the seller, realtor or the buyer.
